Chris Robinson

Chris found his leadership beginnings as a sales representative, and quickly advanced 3 positions in 5 years to Senior Sales Manager for the largest vehicle service. Using his strengths and overcoming the weak areas of business early on. Chris helped grow the company from 18 employees to over 700. After experiencing this tremendous growth and recognizing his own desire and ability to encourage, inspire, and communicate life-altering success principles to others, R3 Coaching was born.

Chris is a Certified John Maxwell Coach and trains small groups inside companies weekly. His training and coaching is aimed at developing leadership from a 360^◦ perspective.  He works with multiple levels of professionals and business owners, teaching them leadership methodologies that not only transform the culture of companies but also increase profitability as a result of these shifts.

An international speaker who has spoken to crowds as large as 4,500, Chris has dedicated his own life to enhancing the lives of others by inspiring them with ideas of leadership, personal growth and development.  A servant Leader himself, who walks his talk, Chris has been a significant contributor to an international project that intends to change the face of an entire country.  Having made great progress in shifting the “on the ground” leadership in Guatemala, his continues to dedicate himself to projects aimed at making global change.
